Introduction to medium frequency furnace:

The medium frequency furnace is composed of frequency converter, furnace body and furnace front control. Thyristor medium frequency power supply is to convert three-phase power frequency alternating current into direct current through rectifier circuit, and then output it into single-phase medium frequency alternating current through inverter circuit to supply the medium frequency coreless induction furnace, and then use electromagnetic induction principle to place the workpiece in alternating magnetic field to generate eddy current and heat, so as to meet the heating requirements of smelting, quenching and diathermy.
